Robert Lubin initially focused his law practice on business, tax law, estate planning, business sales and purchases as well as probate and some litigation. Robert Lubin is the founder of AiiLaw in Washington, DC, formerly known as Robert Lubin and Associates, PC. He began the practice as a business law firm but soon shifted his focus to business immigration. Over the years, the practice has expanded from a Canadian business focus to include services for physician, investor, and labor immigration.
Robert Lubin began his legal career as an associate attorney at Margrave and Company. He continued to practice business law at Lancy, Scult and Ryan and Ryan McHatton and Wooten. He later worked as an associate tax attorney for Grossman and Flask. Outside of his legal activities, he has successfully launched numerous businesses, such as the Magnolia Bluffs Casino, the Markham Hotel in Gulfport, Mississippi, and Gulfport’s Centennial Plaza, to name only a few.
Moreover, Robert Lubin holds both a juris doctor and master of laws in taxation from the University of Miami. He completed his undergraduate education in finance at McGill University in Montreal.
